Inventory Model With Controllable Lead Time and Backorder Rate Influenced by Lead Time and Price

针对现实库存中发生缺货并且有部分延期交货的问题,建立了延期交货率同时受价格和提前期影响的可控提前期连续盘点库存模型。揭示了库存费用期望函数的性质,得到了最优的库存策略解。算例分析结果表明,延期交货产品的单位价格折扣大约为其原边际收益的一半。

Aiming at the phenomena of shortage with partially backordered in the inventory, a continuous review inventory model was proposed with the effect of lead time and price discount on backorder rate, whose the lead time was controllable. The nature of the inventory cost function was revealed and the optimal strategy solution was obtained. Numerical example show that the unit price discount of the backorder products is about half of its original marginal revenue.
