摘要
介绍了声发射技术应用于高加内部泄漏检测的研究现状,对高加的泄漏声发射波机理进行了理论研究,并对泄漏声发射信号的分析现状作了简要归纳,最后阐述了运用相关分析对加热器的泄漏进行定位的可行性。
The study of acoustic emission technology used on the internal leakage detection of High-pressure heater is represented, and then the leakage mechanism of acoustic emission waves is theoretical researched. Secondly, current situation of the leakage signal processing is concluded in a capsule. Finally, the correlation analysis is advised to be used in detecting the leakage of heater,and the feasibility is studied in this paper.
