摘要
以真实水蒸气为介质,采用Numeca软件中Fine/Turbo模块对某台150MW汽轮机低压缸末两级流场进行了数值模拟,通过对压力系数、极限流线等进行分析,得到了流场的内部细节特征,为进一步的叶型优化提供了依据。此外还对不同出口边界条件和不同背压值对级内流场的影响进行了分析,结果表明,出口边界条件的设定对末级动叶栅出口激波的强度有较大的影响,对次末级和末级静叶栅流动影响不大;级内流量一般不随背压的升高而改变。
The 3d viscous flow field taking condensable steam as fluid of the last two stages of 150MW steam turbine is numerically simulated using Fine/Turbo software of Numeca. Through the analysis of pressure coefficient, limited streamline distribution the detailed internal flow information is obtained to optimize the blade prof'de. Besides, the effects of special outlet boundaries and outlet pressure values on the flow filed are also analyzed. The results show that the outlet boundaries have important effect on the shock wave near the trailing edge of last rotor and little effect on the previous flow field, and in general the mass flow rate will not change with the outlet pressure values.
