摘要
用弹塑性有限元程序计算某600MW发电机前联轴器与轴过盈联接结构体应力。探讨了面接触结构问题中影响弹塑性应力计算结果的接触刚度系数的选取,给出了接触刚度系数选取参考。计算并分析了典型载荷工况应力状况,将弹塑性与线弹性应力计算结果作了比较,表明弹塑性计算结果符合结构的实际应力状态。可供此类结构设计与机组运行参考。
In this paper,we calculate the stress of a connecting structure between shaft coupling and shaft before a certain 600MW generator with Elastic-plastic finite element program. We discuss the selection of the contact stiffness coefficient which affects the elastic-plastic stress calculations in contact issues and tell how to choose the. contact stiffness coefficient. And then we calculate and analyze the stress of typical load conditions, and compare the result using elastic-plastic model and the one using linear elastic model. The comparison shows that Elastic-plastic calculations can tell the actual stress state of the structure more correctly. The results of this paper can be use for reference in such kind of structural design and unit operation.
