回热抽汽对上游级气动性能影响的数值研究 被引量:6

Numerical Investigation of Effect of Regenerative Steam Extraction on Aerodynamic Performance of the Upstream Stage in a Steam Turbine

摘要 针对某型机组高压缸带有抽汽结构的两级叶栅流道,进行了考虑全周叶片通道的数值模拟,研究了抽汽系统对汽轮机内流动特性的影响。结果表明,抽汽对于上游级静叶流动的影响较弱,气动参数没有出现明显的周向不均匀性,但是对上游级的动叶气动参数沿周向分布的均匀性产生了明显影响,并降低了上游级的气动性能。 Based on the two stage cascade passages with steam extraction structure in a HP steam turbine unit, numerical simulation of full circle blade passages is carded out and the influence of steam extraction system on flow characteristics of the steam turbine is studied. The result shows that steam extraction has much less effect on the flow of the upstream stator, and aerodynamic parameters dont take on obvious circumferencial asymmetry. While it has obvious effect on the asymmetry of the aerodynamic parameter distribution of the upstream rotor and reduces the aerodynamic performance of the upstream stage.
