摘要
针对汽轮机组碰摩故障振动信号非平稳特征,将一种新的非平稳信号处理方法,即希尔伯特-黄变换(Hil-bert-Huang Transform,HHT)方法用于汽轮机组碰摩故障检测和时频分析。首先利用经验模式分解(EmpiricalMode Decomposition,EMD)提取碰摩信号的内蕴模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)分量,再对IMF作HHT变换求瞬时频率和幅值。分析结果表明,HHT时频分析能够准确检测出碰摩故障产生的时间、频率和幅值信息,因此该方法能有效应用于汽轮机组碰摩故障信号的时频分析与诊断。
According to non-stationary characteristics of rub-impact fault vibration signal for turbine unit. A novel nonstationary signal processing method, i. e. , the Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) method was applied to the detection and time-frequency analysis of rub-impact fault for turbine unit. At first this method extracts the intrinsic mode function (IMF) component of the signal, and then the hilbert transform is applied to IMF to obtain the instantaneous frequency and amplitude. Experimental results show that the time,frequency and amplitude information of rub-impact fault for turbine unit can be accurately detected. Therefore, EMD method can be applied to rub-impact fault time-frequency Analysis and diagnosis in turbine unit.
