摘要
针对汽车准双曲面齿轮主减速器总成的结构及装配工艺特点,研究了主减速器总成壳体振动加速度信号幅域、时域和频域的特征参数处理方法。在幅域分析中主要通过对各种典型故障进行特征参数敏感性对比,选取峰值、均方幅值、波形指标和峭度系数作为故障分析的依据。时域分析中采用时基波形和时域平均波形相结合的方式,区分轴承故障和齿轮故障。频域分析中采用多段平均方法提高功率谱分析的精度。实验表明了采用混合特征参数方法进行质量判断的方式的有效性。
From the structural and assembly characteristics of hypoid gear main reducer assembly,the way to process characteristic parameters of the vibration acceleration single amplitude domain,time domain and frequency domain of the main reducer housing is studied.In the amplitude domain analysis,peak,root-mean-square,shaper factor and kurtosis value are selected as the basis of fault analysis mainly through comparing the characteristics sensitivity of various typical faults.In the time domain analysis,to distinguish bearing and gear fault,the way of combining time domain waveform and time domain average waveform is used.The accuracy of power spectrum analysis is improved by adopting Multi-segment average technique in the frequency domain analysis. The availability of ways to estimate the quality by mixing characteristics parameters is demonstrated by the experiments.
