摘要
目的探讨石氏四肢洗方对膝骨关节炎的治疗作用。方法采用自身对照设计方法,用NRS方法记录WOMAC骨关节炎评定量表,运用石氏四肢洗方治疗膝骨关节炎4周,观察治疗前后WOMAC评分变化。结果治疗前WOMAC总评分(87.53±18.82)分,治疗后WOMAC总评分(43.72±25.32)分(P<0.001)。总评分改善率52.94%(P<0.001),总评分总有效率69.39%。结论石氏四肢洗方是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方剂。
Objective It is to approach the therapeutic action of Shi＇ s Limb Washing Formula on Knee Osteoarthritis. Methods The therapeutic effect was assessed by measuring Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC） with Numeric rating scale （NRS）. The WOMAC score before and after four-week treatment was compared and analyzed. Results The WOMAC total score before treatment was 87.53 ± 18.82 and that after treatment was 43.72 ± 25.32. The improvement rate was 52.94% （P 〈 0. 001 ） and the total effective rate was 69.39%. Conclusion Shi＇ s Limb Washing Formula is an effective treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.
