Students in vocational Normal College belong to a special group in higher normal education and higher vocational eduealion. Currently in Guangdong, they generally encounter an unprecedented employment predicament. For this ＂vulnerable group＂ with less competitive diplomas, it is of positive influence for a breakthrough in their employment predicament, if we seek effective countermeasures from perspectives of social environmental factors in the job market and students themselves.
