摘要 三峡库区是我国重点敏感生态区和长江中下游的生态屏障,其生态环境质量直接关系到三峡工程的综合效益和长江中下游的生态安全。在分析三峡库区生态环境现状与主要生态环境问题、明确生态环境敏感性和生态服务功能重要性空间分异基础上,综合采用GIS分析、聚类分析和专家集成等方法,根据生态功能区划的原则,按三级分区的等级体系将三峡库区划分为4个自然生态区、6个生态亚区、9个生态功能区;并探讨了各生态功能区主要的生态环境问题、功能定位及生态环境建设措施与重点,以期为三峡库区生态环境保护与建设规划提供依据。 The Three Gorges Reservoir Area is the key ecological sensitive region and the ecological barrier of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River. The eco - environmental quality of the area is directly related to the comprehensive benefit of TGP and the ecological security of middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River. The present situation and key problems of eco - environment, spatial differentiation of eco -environmental sensitivity and importance of ecological service function in the area are analyzed. And then on the principle of ecological function regionalization, a three - stage system of regionalization is applied through comprehensive utilization of GIS, cluster analysis and expert intelligent determination. The results show that the reservoir area could be divided into 4 physical eco - regions, 6 sub - eco - regions and 9 eco - function regions. Finally, the main problems in eco - environmental function region, function determination and the key points and measures for eco - environment construction of each eco - function region are analyzed to provide reference for eco - environment protection and construction planning of the reservoir area.
