环件摆辗镦粗过程中的塑性铰特性

摘要 塑性铰是影响环件摆动辗压工艺稳定的重要因素,研究其形成过程非常必要。建立了基于ABAQUS软件的环件摆辗镦粗有限元模型,研究了环件塑性铰区域的应力分布状况,分析了不同高径比对环形件塑性铰区域应力场的影响,得到了塑性铰形成的影响因素及变化规律,即随着环件高径比增大,塑性铰的位置沿摆头旋转方向偏移,促进了环件摆辗镦粗工艺的稳定与发展。 The plastic hinge is the key factor that can effect the stability of the ring rotary forging process and it is essential to study the feature of the plastic hinge.Based on the ABAQUS simulation software,the FE model of ring rotary forging process was established and the stress distribution in the zone of the ring plastic hinge was investigated.The influence mode of ring ratio of height to diameter to the stress distribution in the ring plastic hinge zone was analysed.So the influencing factors and the variation patterns of the establishment and development of the plastic hinge were obtained during ring rotary forging process.That is as high-diameter ratio of ring increases,the location of the plastic hinge shifted along the direction of the rocker's rotation.The above results will promote the stability and development of the ring rotary forging process.
