制造超差对喷水推进器水动力性能影响的CFD分析

摘要 采用计算流体力学方法对喷水推进器水力性能进行了预报,以判别制造过程尺寸超差对喷水推进器水动力性能的影响.建立由喷水推进器内流场与船体外流场构成的计算区域,用6面体结构化网格划分泵内流场,采用4面体网格对进水管道和船底区域进行划分.对整个喷水推进系统的三维粘性湍流流场进行了数值计算.计算结果既可用于分析喷水推进器内部流场的流动细节,也可用于推力、功率、效率等外特性参数的预报. A method that predicts hydrodynamic performance of marine waterjet by means of CFD is introduced. This method is used for evaluating the effects of size deviation during manufacturing proce- dure on the hydrodynamic performance of waterjet. Firstly, the flow region around the waterjet is cre- ated, where structural hexahedron grids are used to mesh the pump domain while the remainded flow field is meshed with tetrahedron grids. Then the viscous turbulence flow of waterjet system is calcu- lated numerically. The calculation results can be applied not only to analysis the flow of waterjet system in detail, but also to predict the performance parameters such as thrust, absorbed power and pump efficiency.
