摘要 对我国小麦标准体系现状进行了分析,总结了现有标准的概况,重点对其优质、安全和检测技术方面存在的问题进行了探讨,借鉴国外的先进经验,提出了今后我国小麦标准体系建设的发展方向,以标准引导和促进小麦产业的健康发展。 The current status of wheat standard system in our country was analyzed and general situations of current standards were summarized. The problems concerning good quality, safety and detection technology were as main points discussed. By using the advanced experience of other countries for reference, the future development directions of wheat standard system were put forward, so as to lead and promote a healthy development of the wheat industry in a standard way.
