意杨单板层积材受弯构件结构性能的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍了意杨单板层积材和单板层积材受弯构件的加工工艺。对不同设计参数的单板层积材受弯构件进行结构性能试验研究,研究了单板层积材受弯构件的破坏形式、破坏机理及抗弯极限承载力等;探讨了单板厚度、受弯构件体积对单板层积材受弯构件抗弯强度的影响。试验结果表明,单板层积材受弯构件受拉区边缘木材纤维拉断,破坏构件挠度大;单板层积材单板越薄,单板层积材受弯构件性能越好;随着单板层积材构件体积增加,承载力提高,抗弯强度降低。研究表明,杨木LVL作为建筑中结构用材将有很大的发展空间。 The processing method of laminated veneer lumber and LVL beams were explicated.The experimental study on the structural performance of the different design parameter poplar Laminated Veneer Lumber Beams were conducted,and the failure patterns,flexural strength and stiffness of the beams were studied.The paper analyzed the veneer thickness and the volume of LVL beams influencing the structural performance.The experimental results show that the failure patterns of LVL beams begin at the outmost timber fibre in the tension area and the LVL beam deflection is very big.The structural performance of LVL beam will improve with attenuation of the veneer thickness;the load absorption will improve with the increase of beam volume,but the bending strength will decrease with the increase of beam volume.The study shows that poplar LVL has a good prospect in the building structures of China.
