摘要
分析了小步距端子冲压工艺,确定级进模的排样方案、总体结构,介绍了模具的设计过程和关键工位的结构设计。采用1出2的冲裁方案解决了步距过小和端子变形的难题,采用PLC控制气缸技术解决冲压和成形步距不一致的难题。
The stamping process of a fine pitch terminal was analyzed; and the layout design and the structure of a progressive die for the shaping were determined. In particular, the die design process and structural design of key work stations were stated. The blanking problems due to too small step pitch and deformation of the terminal part were resolved. And the inconsistency between the step pitch of stamping and bending was settled by using PLC technology to control cylinder.
