分析了变速箱壳体零件的冲压工艺,确定了合理的工艺方案,介绍了预成形模和拉深模的设计,分析了预成形和拉深时产生废次品的原因,并提出了解决措施。
The stamping process of a transmission case part was investigated and a feasible technology scheme was determined. A preforming die and a deep drawing die were developed for the shaping. After analysis on the producing cause of waste products during the performing and deep drawing, a corresponding solving method was put forward.
