摘要
研究利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)法评价不溶性硫磺的热稳定性,分析了试验结果的影响因素:升温速率、保温时间、保温温度和样品质量等几个方面,最后与化学分析法(化学法)的试验结果进行了对比。研究表明:差示扫描量热仪(DSC)具有能快速、准确和客观地评价不溶性硫磺热稳定性的特点;在测定结果方面,相比化学分析法而言,其准确度更高、精密度更好,完全可以取代传统的化学分析方法,作为控制不溶性硫磺质量的一种有效手段。
This paper studied the use of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) as the evaluation tool on the heat stability of insoluble sulfur, and analyzed the test results influenced by the factors hereby :heating rate, holding time, holding tem- perature and sample quality, and compared it with the test results by chemical analysis methods. Studies have shown that: Differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) gives rapidity, accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation on the heat stability of in- soluble sulfur. It have higher accuracy, better precision, and can replace the traditional chemical analysis method as the most effective means to control on the quality of insoluble sulfur.
