摘要
对百龙滩水电厂灯泡贯流式发电机定子铁芯端片位移原因进行分析,找到其主要原因是定子铁芯端片之间设计用绝缘材料不当和安装刷胶欠缺等,介绍应急处理发电机定子铁芯端片位移切割线棒的方法和采用局部技术改造的措施。通过应急处理或局部技术改造,确保发电机的安全运行。
At Bailongtan Hydropower Station, the stator core tab of bulb tubular generator displaces mainly because of improper insulating material used between tabs and insufficient glue application. Emergent treatment is provided for winding bar cut by displaced stator core tab of the generator, and local technical transformation is done, ensuring safe operation of the generator.
