Performance experiment of 35 K two-stage Stirling cryocooler

摘要 介绍了一台双级斯特林制冷机性能及运行参数对制冷机性能的影响。实验结果表明,在充气压力1MPa,运行频率40Hz,位移相位角65°的条件下,压缩机输入功率56W时,可获得0.85W@35K的制冷量。通过实验发现:同样功耗下,随着位移相位角减小,二级制冷温度下降,一级温度制冷温度上升。这表明,位移相位角对双级间的冷量分配有影响,可以通过相位控制对一、二级之间的冷量分配进行调整。 The performance of a two-stage Stirling cryocooler and effects of operating parameters on performance of the cryocooler were introduced based on experiment. Experiment indicates that the cryocooler has a higher efficiency with a performance of 0.85 W@ 35 K with a motor power of 56 W at a phase shift 65°, an operating frequency 40 Hz and charge pressure 1 MPa. The experiment also shows that while the phase decreasing the second-stage temperature descends and the fist-stage temperature rises. This result indicates the phase has influence on distribution of cooling power shifting from one stage to another, cooling power can be adjusted by controlling phase between two stages.
