多品种小批量生产模式下质量控制数据转换方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 多品种小批量生产模式中同一设备上加工的零件标称值不同,精度等级不一,难以利用传统质量控制方法检测生产过程。为了解决这一问题,通过分析现有数据转换方法,建立基于结构相似的零件族,充分利用历史加工数据,解决样本容量不足的问题;利用实时均值建立动态控制图,提高了检测的时效性,可以及时发现制造过程中的异常波动,做出相应的调整,有利于产品质量的提高。 The products have different sizes and precision at the same process in Multi-Specification& Small Batch mode, it is difficult to use traditional methods of quality control for detecting the manufacturing process. In order to solve this problem, through the analysis of existing data transformation methods, historical manufacture data can be made full use to solve the problem of inadequate sample size; dynamic quality control chart which is made by using real time average can improve the timeliness, in order to predominate the state and fluctuate timely to make corresponding adjustments and improve the product quality.
