摘要
在对德国可再生能源发展战略、发展现状和研发创新情况进行调研的基础上，本文对其技术研发重点领域、经费投入和最新进展进行了总结，并对其鼓励研发创新的政策机制进行了分析。
Based on latest status of the development strategy and innovation of renewable energy in Germany, this paper summaries the important domain, investment and achievements of renewable energy technology and analyzes the innovation incentive mechanism on the R＆D of renewable energy technology in Germany.
