摘要
回顾了中国畜牧业的发展成就及存在问题,探讨了中国畜牧业市场信息服务组织的构成,即由政府性质部门、准政府性质机构、教学科研系统、社团组织和其他信息组织构成,进而分析了畜牧业市场信息服务存在的问题,最后提出了畜牧业市场信息服务应采取的措施,即完善信息采集系统、建立完善主要畜产品市场监测预警体系、加快农民经济合作组织化进程、建立健全涉农信息化法律法规、提高农民素质等。
Firstly, the accomplishment and problem existed of China animal husbandry was reviewed, and the structure of the organization of animal husbandry market information service in China was explored, which included government department, quasi-government department, teaching and research system, society group and so forth. Secondly, the problems existed in animal husbandry market information service were also analyzed. Finally, proposes the corresponding measures to animal husbandry market information service were proposed, including to perfect information collecting system, to construct monitor early-warning system of main animal products market, to speed up the extent of economic cooperation organization, to establish the laws and regulations of agricultural informatization, and to improve the peasant quality.
