城市化进程中城乡用地结构优化研究——以河北省辛集市为例

Rural and Urban Land-use Structure Study in the Process of Urbanization——Xinji,Hebei Province as an Example

采用信息熵的方法对辛集市城乡用地结构进行分析得出,辛集市城乡用地结构正在朝着有利于城市化发展的方向进行演变,但其演变的速度慢于城市化的发展速度。在城市化发展过程中,辛集市城乡用地结构存在着非农建设用地与农用地矛盾日益尖锐、农村居民点用地过多,一些城镇建设用地土地利用效率低下等问题。辛集市应采取积极的措施,如建立科学的规划体系、加强对农村居民点的整理、盘活城镇用地存量等,以解决城市化进程中城乡用地结构中所出现的问题。

In this paper, with the information entropy method, through analysis in urban and rural land use structure of Xinji, we can see that Xinji ＇ s land-use structure in urban and rural areas are moving to the urbanization direction, hut its evolving slower than the pace of development of urbanization. In the process of urbanization, the contradictions between non-agricultural construction land and agricultural land have become increasingly sharper in Xinji ＇ s urban and rural land-use structure, too much land in rural settlements, a number of urban construction land used inefficiently and other issues. Xinji should take active measures to solve the problems in the process of urbanization in rural and urban land-use structure, such as the creation of scientific planning system, strengthening of rural settlements in the collation, enlivening the stock of urban land and so on.
