根据天津市农业信息化建设的实际情况,积极探索运用语音咨询系统、互联网、短信息平台、农民科技书屋、农业信息员、农技培训等手段,构建天津市农业科技信息共享与服务平台,建立适合天津都市型农业发展的农业科技信息服务体系。

On the base of the construction of agricultural information in Tianjin, the information sharing and service platform of agricultural science and technology in Tianjin was tried to found and an effective information service system adapting to urban agricultural development of Tianjin was also built, using phonetic consultation system, interact, short message platform, peasants＇ science and technology book room, agricultural information collector, agricultural technology train.
