摘要
利用活性成分为1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)的环保产品GFN对以西红柿为主的蔬菜进行了保鲜初步研究。结果表明,GFN能够抑制西红柿的软化、可滴定酸含量的下降、VC的损失、失重率和腐烂率的升高。GFN对黄瓜、蒜薹等蔬菜也有一定保鲜效果。
Fresh tomato and other vegetables were treated with green product GFN whose active constituent was 1-methyleyclopropene (1-MCP). The results of the experiment indicated that GFN significantly inhibited tomato soften, the decrease of soluble acid and vitamin C content, weight loss and the increase of rot rate. GFN also had preservation effect on cucumber and garlic bolt.
