摘要
以辽宁省为例,介绍了基层农技推广体系中存在的5方面问题,并提出基层农技推广体系可持续发展应抓住一个主要方面,解决两大关键问题,采取8项重点措施。
Five existed problems of basic agro-technology extension system were introduced taking an example of Liaoning Province, for the consistent development of basic agro-technology extension system, to seize the main aspects, solve two key problems and take eight measures were put forward.
