779株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]了解铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况,为临床选用抗生素提供参考依据。[方法]对我院2006年1月~2008年12月住院患者送检的标本进行培养,用ATB-Expression细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定,用K-B法做药敏试验。[结果]三年间分离出铜绿假单胞菌779株,分离率为10.6%,以呼吸道感染为主。抗菌活性较强的有氨基糖苷类(阿米卡星、庆大霉素)、亚胺培南、含酶抑制剂(哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦),耐药率均低于25%;抗菌活性最差的是复方新诺明,耐药率达90%以上。[结论]铜绿假单胞菌感染有逐年上升趋势,氨基糖苷类(阿米卡星、庆大霉素)、亚胺培南、含酶抑制剂(哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦)等抗生素有较高的敏感性,三年间头孢菌素耐药率逐年升高。
