摘要
介绍了低碳经济基本内涵,分析了我国玻璃纤维工业的现状,提出了低碳玻璃纤维工业发展要从转变生产方式、调整产业结构,提高技术创新能力和科学进行效果评价三个方面入手来实现的观点供读者参考。
Based on the basic concept of low carbon economy and current situation of glass fiber industry in China, the author raises the viewpoint that low carbon glass fiber industry should be realized by changing the production mode and adjusting the industrial structure, enhancing the ability in technical innovation and evaluating the effects scientifically.
