Combining with the analysis of the theoretical analysis of the collapsed accident of industrial plants added in southern region of Jiangsu, It is pointed out that we should adhering to the basic construction procedure;fitting up to structure composition rules;conforming to the regulation of construction quality and completion approval system of construction enterprise, so as to ensure successful construction.
