摘要
简述鞋用胶黏剂发展现状以及我国水性聚氨酯(WPU)鞋用胶黏剂的研制成果;重点介绍水性聚氨酯鞋用胶黏剂的生产工艺流程。该流程主要由PUA的逐步聚合、PUA的自由基聚合、溶剂的脱除、涂料的配制、丙酮回收利用蒸馏段等工艺组成,其优点是工序简单、设备利用率高、能源节约、污染少、运输成本和单位产品能量消耗低,是绿色环保的工艺,符合可持续发展观。水性聚氨酯鞋用胶粘剂以其优异的粘结性能及对环境少污染的特点,在制鞋业中举足轻重,其研制与应用开发其意义是至关重大的。
The developing situation of the adhesive for shoes and achievement of adhesive of WPU for shoes in China was described briefly. Progress of development technology and flow for water - borne polyurethane was introduced in details. This flow was mainly made by gradual polymerization of PUA, polymerization of free radicals in PUA, divestiture of solvent, configuration of coatings, recycling of acetone in distillation and so on. This technology was simple working procedure, high use ratio in equipment, energy conservation, little environmental pollution, low transportation cost and unit production in energy saving, which was greenearth and accorded with the view of sustainable development. The adhesive of WPU for shoes resorted with its excellent bondability and little environmental pollution, and occupied a decisive position in system shoe industry. So the application development of WPU was distinctly important.
