稻草秸秆厌氧干发酵产沼气的工艺参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 以稻草秸秆为原料,沼气产量和甲烷产量为指标,采用4因素3水平的正交实验设计方法对沼气发酵工艺参数优化配置进行了实验研究,结果表明原料碳氮比(C/N)、发酵料总固体浓度(TS)、发酵温度(T)、pH值对沼气发酵均有不同程度的影响,其中,发酵温度和pH值对沼气产量和甲烷产量的影响显著。最优工艺条件为原料碳氮比25:1,固体浓度25%,发酵温度35℃,pH值7.5。 With biogas yield and methane yield as indexes, in optimizing biogas fermentation process parameters of rice straw, the experiments were conducted in a lab scale fermentation unit using four factors and three - level orthogonal experimental design method. The results showed that the raw material carbon - nitrogen ratio ( C/N), total solid concentration (TS), fermentation temperature (T) and pH value had different impacts on the biogas fermentation, in which fermentation temperature and pH had more significantly impacts on the biogas yield and methane yield. Optimum process conditions were the raw material carbon - nitrogen ratio 25 : 1, solid concentration of 25%, fermentation temperature 35℃, and pH 7. 5.
