种植北五味子和土壤中微量元素的测定 被引量:4

摘要 研究了土壤和种植北五味子果实中微量元素的含量差异。采用梅花形布点法采样,用ICP-MS测定土壤和果实中的微量元素含量。试验地土壤中含有丰富的微量元素,其含量大小依次为:Ca>K>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,所测北五味子果实中微量元素含量大小依次为:K>Mg>Ca>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu。所测北五味子对土壤中微量元素的吸收具有选择性,北五味子中K含量明显高于土壤,Cu、Cr、Fe含量明显低于土壤,说明五味子对K有富积作用,对Cu、Cr、Fe无富积作用。 The different contents and the correlation between the trace elements in the soil and fruit in Schisandra chinensis (Turez.) Baill were investigated. Quincunx sampling grid method was adopted and the contents of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Ca, Mg and Pb in soil and fruit from Sehisandra ehinensis (Turez.) Baill were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry ( ICP - MS). There were abundant trace elements in the experimental soil, the order of the contents was Ca 〉 K 〉 Mg 〉 Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Cu, but the array was K 〉 Mg 〉 Ca 〉 Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Cu in fruit. There was the selectivity to the absorption of trace elements in fruit than in soil. The content of K in fruit was higher than that in soil, however, the content of Cu, Cr and Fe was lower than that in soil, thus indicated that the fruit had the accumulation effect on K, opposite to Cu, Cr and Fe.
