摘要
某炼油厂的蒸馏装置塔顶冷凝器在使用不到六个月即出现腐蚀破坏，本文对失效的原因进行了分析，得出油气中的卤素是腐蚀破坏的主要原因。并提出了相应的预防措施。该类设备的安全稳定的运行得到了保证。
The causes of corrosion cracking failure of the overhead condenser tubes after operated less than 6 months were analyzed. The content of halogen in the oil was the main reason of leakage. And the corresponding protection was put forward. Safe and stable operation was guaranteed.
