摘要
在对掏槽爆破、控制爆破、定向断裂控制爆破等技术理论分析的基础上,平煤六矿在大断面岩巷采用了中深孔控制爆破技术。介绍了中深孔控制爆破技术中主要技术参数的确定及施工工艺流程,通过严格执行质量标准、爆破装药标准及安全措施,使周边眼半眼痕率大大提高,极大地改善了巷道成型状况。
Based on theoretical analysis of hole depth,groove cutting of blasting,controlled blasting,directional fracture controlled blasting techniques and so on,medium-length hole controlled blasting technology was used in rock laneway with large cross-section in No.6 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian′an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.Introduced main technical parameters determination and construction process in the hole controlled blasting techniques.Quality standards,standards of demolition blasting charge,safety measures were carried out strictly,the percentage of half-hole traces was greatly increased in the laneway around the hole,and laneway forming quanlity had been improved noticeably.
