摘要
基于矿井地质条件限制,根据综采工作面实际煤层变薄情况,对综采工作面进行分块段开采,在回采过程中面临着支架、输送机中间对接和延长等技术难题。结合跃进矿实际,阐述了综采工作面支架、输送机对接时控制综采支架间隙以及输送机对接的工艺和方法,为上下段刀把式工作面开采、工作面支架和输送机对接积累了经验。
Based on the mine geological conditions,according to the situation that the actual coal seam become thin on fully-mechanized mining face,block mining technology was implemented on fully-mechanized mining face.There were some technical problems in the recovery process,such as support,intermediate docking of conveyor,extension of conveyor and other problems.Combined with the situation of Yuejin Coal Mine,the paper introduced how to control the stent gap of supports during docking support on fully-mechanized mining face and conveyor,meanwhile,docking techniques and methods between conveyors were also proposed.It can accumulate practical experience for docking of support and conveyors on the upper and lower segment knife-handle style working face mining.
