摘要
本文简要地论述了激光全息干涉法测量结构稳态振动振型的基本原理,并将该原理应用于大侧斜螺旋桨模型及古乐磐的振型测量,成功地获得了桨叶在共振频率下一至五阶的轴向振型及磐的二个振型图。采用本方法,通过采集三个不同方向的三幅时间平均全息图,利用图象处理技术,可得到稳态振动下结构的振幅场,从而克服了传统逐点测量法精度低、工作量大等特点。本方法操作简单,对结构材料无特殊要求,可推广应用于其它工程结构的振幅及振型测量中。
A new method based on holographic interferometry has been developed to survey structure vibratory behavior, The light route arrangment and technique and principle of the measurement are introduced. The results of the typical tests for vibratory behaviors of a highly-skewed propeller and a Qing, a Chinese classical music instrument, are presented. The method can also be applied to measure the vibratory behavior for other engineering structures with different materials.
