摘要
华能巢湖发电有限责任公司2号600 MW发电机组于2008年11月24日通过168h试运行后停机进行机组消缺,2008年12月7日机组整套启动并于04:05并网,随即发现发电机漏氢量超标,并且随着时间的增加漏氢量越加严重,在停机后进行检查时发现发电机出线盒中出线侧W相绝缘水管破漏,文中结合该事故的分析阐述发电机漏氢事故的处理方法及应采取的措施。
The No.2 600 MW generating units of Huaneng Chaohu Power Generation Co. Ltd passed its 168h trial run and shut down to eliminating defects on November 24,2008. The units set to start at 4：05 and grid connected on December 7,2008, then found that the amount of hydrogen leakage exceeded of generators,and over time the amount of leakage of hydrogen has become increasingly severe. After the inspection of shut down,it has found the generator outlet box outlet side of W-phase insulated pipes leaking. This paper described generator hydrogen leakage accident treatment and measures to be taken.
