摘要
邯钢第三炼钢厂针对保探伤钢板的技术要求,在现有的工艺装备条件下,通过优化生产工艺、提高钢水洁净度、减少铸坯内部缺陷,开发出了适合生产保探伤钢板的连铸坯生产技术,邯钢保探伤钢板的合格率达到98%以上。
A casting technology to produce the flaw detection satisfying plate has been developed by optimizing production technology in No. 3 steel making plant of Hansteel according to the technical requirement of the flaw detection satisfying plate under the present conditions. Using the technology can raise the molten steel purity and reduce the defects inside billets and the qualification rate can reach above 98%.
