摘要
提出了直流牵引电机机车粘着控制的新方法。在实验结果基础上,分析了影响粘着系数和蠕滑率关系的主要因素和影响程度。从工程应用观点出发,考察了粘着控制系统开发研究的现状。在此基础上,作者提出了直流电传动机车的控制型粘控系统的设计方案,即粘着自适应控制系统。通过建立蠕滑率参考模型,使机车实际蠕滑率输出能够跟踪参考模型输出,从而使机车的工作点处于最优蠕滑率点;同时通过建立直流电机模型和空转预测模糊控制模型,使机车能够预防和抑制空转。
This paper presents a new approach on adhesion control of locomotive with Dc motors.Based on experimental results,the main factors and the degree of their influence on the relationship between adhesion and creepage are analyzed.As viewed from engineering application,the current situation and the tendency for developing adhesion control system is reviewed.Based on these,the author puts forward a design concept in relation to the controlling type of adhesion control on locomotive,that is,the self adaptive concept.By setting up a reference model of creepage,the actual locomotive creepage output will always follow the reference model output so as to maintain the optimal operating point.Meanwhile,the locomotive will be able to prevent and restrain slipping by setting up a model of D.C.motor and a model of fuzzy control for slipping prediction.
