摘要
体育信息服务产业是随着信息技术的进步、市场经济的繁荣和体育事业的快速发展产生的。结合对信息服务及其产业的界定、形成和发展的研究,着重分析了我国体育信息服务及其产业的发展与现状、背景以及主要影响因素。提出发展我国体育信息服务产业应根据服务的对象和内容,在直接效益和间接效益、长远利益和眼前利益,以及公益性服务和产业化经营之间加以权衡,有针对性地实施改革。同时应尽快考虑体育信息服务产业发展的科学规划、系统管理和工作定位,重点抓好体育信息资源的管理与建设、体育信息市场的培育与发掘和专业人才的培养与引进三项工作。
The sports information service industry, prosperity and rapid development of sports undertakings the advances in information technology, the market economy, generated. This combination of information services and its industry definition, formation and development of the study, focusing on analysis of China~ sports information services and its industry development and status, background and the major influencing factors. It proposed that the development of China's sports information service industry should be based on services, objects and content, in direct benefits and indirect benefits, the long -term and immediate interests, as well as the public welfare services and trade -offs to be made between industrial management, targeted implementation of the reform. At the same time, we should consider the development of sports information service industry, scientific planning , system management and work positioning and focus on sports information resource management and construction, sports information market cultivation and identification and training of professionals work with the introduction of three ones.
