摘要
在车身控制系统中,为了节省布线,需要对车身进行总线化设计。为此本文介绍了一种通过单片机SPI接口并采用车门驱动芯片L9950代替传统继电器来控制车门各个部件的方案,阐述了软硬件设计原理。演示电路板在真实车门上实现了车门部件的实时控制和故障诊断并通过了基本功能测试。
A new vehicle door control module solution complied with bus system design is introduced in this paper,which gets rid of relays and utilizes door actuator drivers to control devices on the vehicle door through MCU's Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI).Moreover,the hardware and software design of MCU and actuator driver is presented.Finally,the real time control and failure diagnostic on vehicle door based on demo circuit board is realized and passed functional test.
