摘要
2008年四川汶川大地震的发生暴露了我国地震保险在灾后补偿中的不足及存在的问题。我国地震保险制度应该在借鉴国外地震保险模式的基础上,充分发挥政府与市场的双重作用,优化地震保险管理,合理化解地震灾害损失。
Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan in 2008 lets us find the deficiency and the problems of the earthquake insurance in the post - disaster compensation in China. The earthquake insurance system in China should draw on the experience of the pattern of foreign earthquake insurance, give full play to double function of the government and the market, optimize the management of the earthquake insurance and digest the earthquake loss.
