摘要
利用人工调蓄技术实现地下水资源储备,是保障浙江经济、社会可持续发展和未来水安全的一项重要措施.从地下水资源人工调蓄的地质、技术和管理技术条件的角度,分析了实施地下水资源调蓄的可行性,提出了加强地下水资源储备规划、建立水资源储备协调机构、完善制度保障机制等建议.
The storage of groundwater resources by appropriate allocation is one of important factors to boost sustainable economic and social development in Zhejiang Province, as well as to protect the future groundwater resources. The feasibility about allocation and storage of groundwater resources is analysed in the paper from the aspects of geology, technology and management, and some advice is also given such as the reinforcement of programming, the coordination of reservation and the improvement of mechanism, eet.
