摘要
以山东沾化第二电厂新建工程取水口设计为例,建立河段水位与上游洪水位和潮位的水位函数,利用频率组合法推求感潮河段设计洪水位,应用结果表明,该方法较为简便有效,所得到的设计洪水位较为合理,能够满足实际问题的精度要求。
We constructed a water level function that expressed river and flood and tidal level, taking the intake design of Zhanhua power plant as an example. We also employed frequency combination method and the water level function to deduce flood water level design. Application results indicate that this approach is simple and effective, and that the deduced river level is reasonable.
