Intelligent controller is a central control unit used for conventional circuit breaker of main power supply cirucit.This paper mainly introduces the software design of intelligent controller,including the detailed introduction of the following main components:power supply,signal sampling circuit,environment temperature monitoring circuit,scanning circuit of display and keyboard,tripping drive circuit and software.The circuit diagrams are attached for clear explanation. Finally complete description of performance tests is given.
