摘要
研究了剑麻组培苗的移栽及袋装苗培育技术,探讨改革传统的珠芽苗或钻心苗经密植到疏植再到大田种植的育苗技术,改为培育重1-2kg或苗高达40-50cm的组培袋苗直接上大田种植的模式。
Transplanting technology and bagged plantlet breeding technology for Agave sisalana Perrine ex Engelm. were studied. Reform of traditional breeding technique is discussed. The bagged plantlets of 1-2 kg heavy or 40-50 cm high from tissue culture are directly planted in the fields after reform.
