综述了智能建筑楼宇自动化（ Ｂ Ａ） 系统的监控范围、硬件组态及网络结构。指出了集散式计算机控制是 Ｂ Ａ 系统实现优化控制与协调管理的技术基础，并探讨了 Ｂ Ａ 系统的智能化低压配电网络与 Ｂ Ａ 的综合化布线系统。提出电器行业应重视开发与研制适合智能建筑的智能化低压配电网络。

The paper introduces the monitoring range, hardrdware components and network structure of BAS, shows that technical basis of the optimal control and administration of BAS is a distribution control system. IB's low voltage distribution network and BA's primes distribution system are discussed. Electrical apparatus industry should attach importance to IB's low voltage distribution network.
