摘要 该文介绍了一种测量汽液两相流摩擦阻力的方法,作者对垂直上升管内低质量流速高中低压汽液两相流摩擦阻力进行了试验。试验段用25×2.5mm不锈钢管制成,长为1.5m。试验参数范围为:P=3.89~13.73MPa;G=391~1000kg/m2·s;q=0.4~1.86MW/m2;XP=0.05~0.314。试验得出了上述参数范围内两相流摩擦阻力数据和经验关系式。 Abstract The paper introduces a method of precisely measuring the frictional resistanse of steam fluid two phase flows. The author has experimentally studied the frictional resistance of a low middle and high pressure steam fluid two phase low velocity mass flows in vertical riser pipes. The experimental section consisted of a 25×4.5mm stainless steel pipe of 1.5m length. The test parameters were: P =3.89~13.7MPa, G =391~1000kg/m 2·s, q =0.4~1.86MW/m 2, X p=0.05~0.314. The experiments provided frictional resistance date and emperical corelation equations of two phase flows within the parameter limits mentioned abore.
