摘要
热障涂层皱曲是指在高温循环载荷下陶瓷表层/粘结层界面甚至陶瓷层表面发生的凸起或凹陷现象。综合国内外最新的有关皱曲现象的报道,系统地介绍了电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)热障涂层皱曲行为。综述了皱曲的特点、研究历史和研究进展,从微观机理、研究方法和皱曲对涂层性能影响3个方面进行了分析,指出了可行的研究发展方向。
Rumpling of thermal barrier coatings is the roughening phenomenon on the interface of ceramic top coat and bond coat or on the surface of top coat those are all under thermal cycling. The rumpling behavior of electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) thermal barrier coatings was systematically introduced based on corresponding up to date re- ports at home and abroad. The characteristics, researching history and progress of rumpling were synthetically stated from aspects of micro-mechanism, researching methods and influence on the performance of coatings were also introduced. The feasible studying trend was provided.
