摘要
针对我国红外热像仪、探测仪及惯性约束核聚变工程对红外晶体类非球面光学元件的需求,开展单点金刚石精密数控车削加工技术研究,分析单点金刚石精密数控车削加工的技术特点及应用范围、机床整体布局及内部结构型式;介绍该项技术国内外发展现状与趋势,对该项技术的应用发展前景做出分析和预测。在消化和引进国外先进制造技术和最新研究成果的基础上,突破单点金刚石精密数控车削加工关键制造技术,解决我国非球面精密数控车削加工技术和设备依赖引进的问题,实现单点金刚石精密数控车削加工技术及设备国产化,提高我国精密加工技术水平和设备制造能力。
Aimed at the demands on non-spherical optical parts for infrared thermal imager,detector and inertial confinement nuclear fusion engineer of our country,the research on single point diamond numerical control precision turning technique is developed and it is analyzed on its technical features, applying ranges, the entire layout and inner type of structure of machine tool ;The national and international developing present situation and trends of the technique are introduced and its applying and developing foreground is also analyzed and forecasted. Based on introducing and digesting of foreign advanced technology of manufacture and newest researching achievements, break through the key technology of manufacture on single point diamond numerical control precision turning to solve the problem of depending on introduction of non-spherical numerical control precision turning technology and machine tools in our country, realize localization of single point diamond numerical control precision turning technique and machine tools, thus improve the level of precision manufacturing technology and the capability of equipment production of our country.
